500jili Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. Understanding them clearly will help you read the rest of this document accurately.

• "500jili" / "we" / "us" / "the platform" refers to the 500jili online betting and gaming platform operated at 500jili.best.
• "You" / "player" / "account holder" refers to any individual who has registered a 500jili account or uses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by you during the registration process, through which you access all 500jili products and services.
• "Balance" means the PHP amount held in your 500jili account at any given time, excluding any bonus or promotional funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to your account under a specific 500jili promotional offer, subject to separate bonus terms.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

Opening and using a 500jili account is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of them at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 500jili does not permit betting or gaming by individuals under this age under any circumstances. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with 500jili or any other operator from which you are prohibited from playing.

3Account Verification (KYC)

500jili is required to verify the identity of account holders as part of its compliance obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any point — at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time 500jili considers it necessary.

• You must provide accurate copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and where required, source of funds documentation when requested by 500jili.
• Accepted Philippine identification documents include: PSA-issued documents, passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, PRC ID, and postal ID. 500jili may accept other documents at its discretion.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. 500jili is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.
• Where documents provided are inconsistent with the information on your 500jili account, we reserve the right to request additional documentation or suspend the account pending investigation.
• All documents submitted to 500jili for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4Deposits

All 500jili accounts operate in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions.

• Accepted deposit methods at 500jili currently include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Available methods may change — check the 500jili cashier section for the current list.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to source where possible, with the account subject to investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed in the 500jili cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may be adjusted for specific promotional periods or account tiers.
• 500jili does not accept deposits from credit cards that are not associated with a Philippine bank account.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 500jili balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of technical delay, processing may take up to one business day. 500jili is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.
• Depositing funds to your 500jili account for purposes other than gaming — including money laundering or any other illicit financial activity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will be reported to relevant authorities.

5Withdrawals

• Withdrawals from your 500jili account must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 500jili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Where a deposit was made using a specific method, 500jili may require that withdrawals up to the deposited amount be returned to the same method. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• 500jili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size or pattern. This may extend the processing time.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of the request.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. Only the remaining real-money portion of a balance is withdrawable while bonus funds are active.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 500jili platform across all product categories.

• All bets are binding once confirmed on your 500jili account. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — selection, odds, stake, and market type — before submitting.
• 500jili reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or pricing mistake, regardless of whether the bet has already settled. Players will be notified of any void with reasons provided.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed at the time of placement. These limits may differ by product, market, and account tier.
• Bets accepted during a technical error affecting live odds or game outcomes may be voided at 500jili's discretion. This applies particularly to in-play sports markets where odds may experience brief delays.
• Use of any automated software, bot, or scripting tool to place bets on 500jili is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• 500jili's decision on all game and betting outcomes is final. Where a dispute arises, formal complaints should be submitted through the support channel provided on the platform.

7Sports Betting Settlement

• Sports bets at 500jili are settled based on the official result at the end of regulation time unless the specific market description states otherwise (e.g., including extra time for certain cup markets).
• If a sports event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless a result was already determined before the interruption, in which case the completed portion of the market may be settled.
• Asian handicap bets are settled in accordance with the specific line and split-stake rules applicable to that market type. Push (void) outcomes refund the relevant portion of the stake.
• Live in-play bets at 500jili are settled based on the real-world event outcome from the moment the bet was accepted. Bets placed during a goal that had already occurred but was not yet reflected in the platform odds may be voided.
• For esports markets, official match results as declared by the relevant tournament organiser govern settlement. 500jili does not settle esports bets based on third-party streams or unverified score reports.
• Virtual sports outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator. All virtual sports results are final upon settlement — no dispute based on statistical analysis of virtual form data will be accepted.

8Bonuses and Promotions

• All 500jili bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. Those specific terms take precedence over this section where they conflict.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount — or a combined deposit and bonus amount — must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Default wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• 500jili bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and closure of duplicate accounts.
• Bonus funds are credited with a lower priority for settlement than real-money funds. Real-money balance is used for wagers first unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• 500jili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, provided that existing wagering progress toward an active bonus is honoured at the point of cancellation.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing bets on outcomes with near-certain probability to complete wagering requirements — may result in voiding of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

9Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 500jili login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• All activity conducted through your 500jili account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 500jili of a suspected unauthorised access as soon as you became aware of it.
• If you suspect that your 500jili account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately through the channel provided on the platform and change your password at the earliest opportunity.
• 500jili may contact you via the email address or mobile number registered to your account for security verification purposes. We will never ask for your full password by any means of communication.

10Prohibited Conduct

• Opening more than one account or opening an account in a name other than your own
• Using the 500jili platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated tools, bots, or any software not approved by 500jili to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or odds pricing errors rather than reporting them
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing or any other manipulation of betting outcomes
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Providing false information at any stage of the registration, verification, or dispute process
• Attempting to access another player's 500jili account by any means
• Engaging in any conduct that causes or risks causing technical, reputational, or operational harm to 500jili or its players

11Responsible Gaming

500jili is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all eligible players. The following tools and policies reflect this commitment.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your 500jili account. Once set, limits can be decreased with immediate effect. Increases to existing limits require a mandatory waiting period before they take effect.
• Loss Limits: You may set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. The same asymmetric rule applies — decreases take effect immediately, increases after a waiting period.

12Account Suspension and Closure

• 500jili reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms has occurred or is being investigated.
• Upon closure of an account for a breach of Terms, any balance held may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is confirmed, funds may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant Philippine authorities.
• Where an account is closed at the player's request for reasons unrelated to a breach of Terms, any real-money balance remaining after withdrawal of eligible funds will be returned to a verified payment method.
• Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee or be closed at 500jili's discretion. Players will be notified before any inactivity charge is applied.
• You may request closure of your 500jili account at any time by contacting support through the platform contact channel. Account closure requests are processed within two business days under normal circumstances.

13Limitation of Liability

• 500jili provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and platform stability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
• 500jili is not liable for losses incurred by a player as a result of technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or any other events outside our direct control.
• 500jili is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.
• Our total liability to any player for direct losses arising from a verified platform error shall not exceed the value of the affected wager or deposit transaction.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 500jili's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14Intellectual Property

• All content on the 500jili platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game assets, software, odds data, and written content — is owned by or licensed to 500jili and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or commercially exploit any 500jili content without prior written authorisation.
• Use of the 500jili platform grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

15Amendments to These Terms

• 500jili may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to taking effect.
• The date shown at the top of this page reflects the version currently in force. Archived versions may be requested through 500jili support.
• Your continued use of the 500jili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

16Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 500jili holds its operating licence. Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation, the requirements of Philippine law shall take precedence to the extent of the conflict.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 500jili's internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the relevant jurisdiction.
